Return & Refund Policy

Due to hygiene reasons unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on any items or sets containing earrings. Returns and exchanges will be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In these cases, you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received (unworn and with the original packaging).

Please log your return request by emailing us at info@jhumkajewellery.com within 7 days of your order being delivered. Please include your name, order number, reason for return and photographs of the product. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.

It is up to the discretion of the Jhumka Jewellery team to decide whether the product is approved for return. If the return request has been authorised, then we will contact you with return shipping details. Return costs will be incurred by the customer and a refund of shipping will be provided upon receipt of the item if previously agreed. Please use a recorded method of posting and obtain proof of posting as we will not be held accountable for any lost items.

Once we receive the damaged/ incorrect product, we shall dispatch the replacement product if in stock. If a new piece must be made to replace any faulty goods, the lead times are approximately 3 weeks and in the event that a replacement cannot be made, we will contact the customer to discuss other options.

Please note that most of our products are handcrafted and use natural stones, therefore there may be some minor colour and design variation from the photographs on our website. Also no refunds will be made if there are sizing issues, therefore please consider carefully before making your purchase.
