We do not pass on any information to third party suppliers. Our database of email addresses has been built from customer purchases online, via our website sign up form. We use a GDPR compliant platform called Mailchimp for our mailing list. This is used to contact you for marketing purposes, such as details of a sale, event or a new collection launch. You can unsubscribe from this list at any time via a link provided in all emails.

The information provided is used by Jhumka Jewellery Ltd to only respond to your enquiry or add you to our marketing emails if requested. We never send unsolicited emails to our clients, and will only contact you in regards to any services you request from us. Emails are only backed up onto local disk drives and are not accessible to anyone who is not a company employee. We do not share these client emails or email addresses with any external parties.
