Items purchased from online shop are dispatched within 2 working days after payment. Please note we do not offer an exchange on purchases. Jhumka Jewellery will only offer a refund on faulty goods reported to us within 7 days of purchase. Please email a photo to info@jhumkajewellery.com. This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund or repair when goods are faulty. For more details please see our Return and Refund policy page (link in bottom footer).

 

Are my personal details secure?

We have implemented internet security technology to ensure that it is safe for you to shop with us. We use Internet standard encryption technology to scramble your Personal Data when you transmit it to us. This process is known as SSL (secure sockets layer) and we are constantly updating our technology to provide you with the maximum attainable level of security. To check you are in a secure area of our site you can look at the top left of your browser window and you will see a closed padlock. This indicates that SSL is enabled and your transaction is secure.

Additionally, we do not hold any of your credit card details anywhere on our website. They are simply passed securely to our payment processors for authorization by your bank.

Will I have to sign for my delivery?

Yes, all our delivery options must be signed for. If you are not there to sign for your delivery, Royal Mail will leave a ‘Sorry we missed you’ card listing options for alternative arrangements.

 

Can I deliver to multiple addresses?

At present your order can only be delivered to one address.

 

What should I do if I haven't received all the items in my order?

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. All the items in the package should match the items listed on the dispatch note. If there is an item missing or an incorrect item, please call our team on 07878376616 or email info@jhumkajewellery.com with your order number to hand.

 

Can online orders be tracked?

If you believe your order is late and you have not yet received a ‘sorry we missed you’ card from Royal Mail, please call our team on 07878376616 or email info@jhumkajewellery.com.

 

How do I find the products I am looking for?

You can use the search box in the top right hand corner of the page. Alternatively, you can sort or filter the items using the price or the collection and category, for example ‘necklace sets’ collection and ‘kundan’ category.

How do I shop online?

Once you have found the product you want to buy, select the relevant colour (if applicable) and then add the item to your online shopping cart. A drop down from the top right hand side of the screen will show that your product has been added to your bag. From here you will be given the option to checkout.
